The Build - Preparation & Progress
A well-planned project will progress seamlessly from drawing board to site, architect to contractor. Having guided you through the planning approval & building warrant process, or working with an ‘inherited’ design, I will develop a complete picture of your scheme, such that those tendering to deliver it can do so effectively.
Working up drawings, schedules and specifications, I will focus on your needs; considering optimum amounts of daylight, quality materials and energy cost-in-use. I can advise on type of contract, “minor works”, for example, help source any specialists needed to bring our vision to life and undertake on-site administration to ensure cost and quality control and adherence to approved designs.
